wasn't that the title of an mxpx song? i know it was at least a line in it. anyways, the answer is "yes, a little, but less than they did before." :) i still don't exactly have my "working feet" built up yet, but its getting better. largely due to my new socks. it's the little things in life that make you just that extra little bit of happy. work is going well though. i am very happy to be splitting my time between opening and closing. closing definitely has its perks. :) and i'm also noticing that there seems to be a higher concentration of quality people working there now. not to put down anyone who worked there before, but the attitude seems to have changed a little. which is cool. sidenote - a decent number of people that i've gotten to talk to seem to be at least moderately solid christians. hmmm....an attempt to hire quality employees brings about a higher concentration of christian people employed there. coincidence? i think not. :) i guess it's just one more little way of being a light to the world. in this case, our superiors. hopefully our good work ethic will be given notice and we'll be able to give props to God for it. that would be sweet to be able to witness to some of the higher-ups. i definitely still need to work on my boldness though. and not using the word definitely quite so often.
